What happens during the trial?: Every plan starts with a 3-day trial. You are not charged until it ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Manage subscription in Settings opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can switch between Grow and Scale, move between monthly and yearly, update your card, or cancel. Changes are prorated.
What does the money-back guarantee cover?: 90-day money-back guarantee. If the work has not moved anything in that time, tell us and we refund the subscription.
Are backlink credits included in the price?: The monthly link allowance shown on each plan is included. Credits are granted by BabyLoveGrowth staff and spent when a link is placed pointing at your site — there is nothing extra to buy, and hosting a link for someone else never costs you anything.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?: Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address, and you can enter a VAT or GST number so it appears on the invoice. Every payment produces a Stripe invoice you can download from the billing portal.
